Our Company’s owner and CEO, Paula Morrell, has over 20 years of experience, education, and training in human resources, that encompasses expertise in areas such as HR compliance, auditing, employee relations, training & development, coaching & counselling, recruitment & selection, labor relations, risk management, employee benefits, and the list goes on.
Ms. Morrell has worked for both the private and public sector where she has held the position of Human Resources Director and HR/Risk Management Director. Ms. Morrell has already received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in human resources and is currently in the process of obtaining her Doctoral degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She has received her Resident State of Florida Insurance license 2-15 for Life/Annuities/Health. She is a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, and she is also a member of SHRM.
